Great communication, speedy and helpful.
However, the courier used didn't deliver when promised and didn't let us know which day he was coming. When he arrived he couldn't get his lorry up the drive, despite the fact we'd told Logs Online it was narrow and they promised to send a Bedford van.
The logs themselves were great... just a shame about the courier.
