I order 2 x 220 litres of De-Ionised water and had 2 x 220 litres of Ad-Blue delivered called up to refuse the delivery, it was all sorted quickly and without fuss. The De-ionised water arrived as promised. Good communication, just a shame that the 1st order the wrong product was sent.
