Hi,
Today I have done my test and achieved 87% Mark's in first attempt. It was very easy and interesting test. The first 10 questions were so easy but the last 5 were little bit complicated. It will make you confused.
I think if you add more videos in to it, it will help because too much reading and listening people forget and dont pay attention, that what was that about. Any topic with any helpful example video's will helps. Over all it was really good explained about conflict resolution.
