Some terms were assumed to be commonly known which I didn,t and the information given didn't make it known, the additional items we could read mean the training would have taken even longer.
By the end I was nearly falling asleep, as it was a bit long-winded.
However I can see why it's needed, the trainer explains well and maintains a professional gentle manner throughout.
