They sent me vitamins with the security seal loose in the cap. Tub clearly states not to be used if security seal is not intact.
Although the fault was not mine, but H&B’s, they would not give me a full refund and just kept referring me to a VAT receipt! Despite MANY, MANY emails and photos showing the confirmation email and how much I paid for the item, they were intransigent.
I will NEVER buy from this company again.
They have lost a loyal customer.
I can only assume this company is in financial trouble.
