Sent in a perfectly good Samsung S20 Ultra, quoted £203 for working condition.
Got an email back stating phone was dented, camera broken and heavily scratched. I have photo and video evidence of the phone being packaged and sent. Offered £60.
Seems this is a continued scam by someone who has already owned a liquidated business and is repeatedly offering low amounts for phones after agreeing a contract.
Will be raising legal action and reporting if phone not returned in same condition it was sent.
Also reporting their 40k positive reviews online.
