Do not engage with this company, they hid their google reviews (Just check other review pages to see why) The company commonly enages with the below practices: - Purposely damaging phones to lower price they will offer you (Make sure you take detailed time stamped pictures before shipping anything to these people) - Sending back different phones (make sure you record serial number/IMEI) - Use cheap non-OEM parts for repairs (if they actually do anything usually only after they purposely damage it - Phones with cheap non-OEM parts are likely to fail or be short lived. - Difficult and slow customer service. - Company pays to be at the top of google searches. I will be reporting to trading standards and pursuing them legally to prevent this continuing and make sure the companies practices are investigated.
