Purchased a watch for a Xmas present for my father ,arrived promptly, only thing was it was a ladies instead of a mans , no time to start sending back and forth so got in touch explained they sent the wrong watch , They replied sorry for any inconvenience ,really ? it was a Xmas present. So sending it back for a full refund .
