I ordered a pair of metallic crisscross slides size 4.
I was kept well informed of delivery etc+was very disappointed when they arrived as far too small. Considering i have 7 pairs of Ff size 4, these were obviously sized wrongly.
I sent off an email+was very happy to get my money refunded a few days after i sent them back.
I thought it was excellent customer service +despite the fact these didnt fit me, i will be ordering from Ff Ireland again.
