As a regular customer of Costa canvey island retail park we came to the shop last week and was told paper cups only as the dishwasher was broken thats fine but more than a week on still using paper cups but the dishwasher is now up and running glass cups all on top of coffee machine manager will not let anyone have a glass other staff told us it is working we all pay over the top for this service but are expected to pay the same price for a paper cup what I don't get is that when the dishwasher was broken you still gave plates with food and cutlery so how were those being cleaned not impressed at all
