I placed an order and paid in full online. I followed up with an email to ask where my delivery was. The email received back said "I got there before them, they are very busy and it would take another week."
I said this was not convenient due to holiday and other plans and asked for refund and that I would reorder later in the year.
I am now another 3 emails in with a lady, who is coming up with every excuse not to refund me my money. The service is appalling.
Avoid the company at all costs.
