ISO27001 audit. Initial contract, schedule, and stage 1 satisfactory.
However, no stage 1 report was issued for 3 weeks before I queried with CfA who had the report but was not issued. The auditors (Malcolm Seaton, sub-contractors) had sent to CfA day after stage 1 audit completed.
Following month, emailed auditor regarding stage 2 dates, no reply for 2-3 weeks, and only arranged and confirmed dates when I telephoned directly. This would have been not booked and 6 months lapsed resulting in redoing stage 1.
