We have used Cable & Cotton a few times - twice in the same week this month!
We love the company but to be told on both occasions that there is a delay after purchasing items is bad!
Why not make it plain on the website that there are delays, instead of sending an email after the order is placed!? This gives the purchaser an option to go elsewhere if items are needed quickly :(
