Initially, I mistakenly ordered the wrong belt. A quick email seeking to cancel my order was quickly answered by Mqark confirming the cancellation and saying my PayPal account would be credited. Unfortunately, the cancelled order arrived as did its replacement and my PayPal account wasn't credited. I sent two emails since the delivery of the cancelled order but so far without a reply.
