When I first got contact the firm, the person I spoke with was very professional and was willing to help me through the damp and mould I had in my house. Within a week or two a surveyor visited my house took pictures and promised that they will try there best to make that my council got everything sorted out Within 180 days. I am grateful that my flat is almost done and it's looking beautiful again. Although I did not get a good compensation because of lost receipts of goods , but still better than nothing.
