I had my annual review with Andrew Mence, 27th April - Andrew approached this in a very structured way that not only helped me understand options but also explore the benefits of the different ways forward. Andrew is very personable and every session begins with a social element that builds on our engagement/relationship - he also sets a very clear collaborative agenda with some good measurable objectives for the time together. Andrew always checks in to monitor understanding and at the end of the meeting always gives a good summary with detailed next steps!!
