I have used WRAPPZ for my custom phone cases for many years, so I didn't hesitate in ordering another for my daughter, when she got her new phone. Her beloved Frenchie had just died, a few weeks previously and she wanted to have him on her phone case. The case that arrived was more than wonderful. The quality was as good as ever it had been, maybe even better. The colours are bright and true to life, and both she and I were really pleased with it. Another great job all around. I have only had to contact customer service ONCE in all the time I have been using this company, and that was an enquiry rather than a complaint/concern regarding a product. And on that one occasion, the staff were helpful and able to quickly answer my question.
