No case arrived after a month, they said it had been dispatched but as it hadn’t arrived they would send another. I asked for tracking information of both the “lost” order and the new order and they said they didn’t have it. I.e. it didn’t get sent. The replacement arrived 3 days later. However the case itself has a big white patch at the top as apparently I didn’t complete the design properly. There is a pink line in the shape of a phone and pink text around the outside of the phone outline saying to fill this space. However wrappz are now saying you need to fill the entire box and not just the phone space. So what is the point in putting an outline of a phone? You’re just confusing customers!
