I ordered a personalised sticker for my IPad back in April. I gave it 4 weeks but it never arrived. I emailed and they said they would send it out again. Another 4 weeks later - still nothing. I emailed again asking for a refund yet they told me they will send it out again. At this point I didn’t want it anymore but they decided to still send it and not give me the refund which I wanted at this point instead. I finally received the product 2 months later.
