Image quality was very high, customer support was quick and amazing, and delivery was fast. It came in a (recyclable) plastic pouch, which was nice and useful for me as I got it done to sell at an art market (I'm an artist, @zlyzab on Instagram) but I wish there was an option to opt out of that to reduce plastic. One problem was that I'm sure I put the image in correctly but there was a white line at the bottom of the case. Apart from that, ideal product and transaction.
