The WOW in WOWBBQ is a correct description of their help and service. Living in the far north of Scotland means many companies seem to find it impossible to deliver to us at all. WOWBBQ had no issues with that and the BBQ arrived three days after dispatch. Brilliant. The quality of the items is excellent. The WOWBBQ representative knew his stuff and made us aware of the limitations of the Weber guarantee because we live near the coast. Much appreciated honesty.
