The order process was very easy and the item delivered quickly.
Where wow falls short is on the very out dated way it makes it’s customers pay to return goods. I brought boots for my husband for Xmas which unfortunately do not fit so they need to be returned. However not only did I have to pay for postage for delivery I now have to pay again for return. I feel in this day and age where distance selling is now the common occurrence this is very poor service and as such will make me reconsider using this website again.
