Price was good. Shipping was prompt and well packaged.
Unfortunately, about half of the books purchased were well below the quality and standard advertised. Items described as 'Very Good' were, instead, damaged, torn, written on, and generally below the quality I have received in the past.
Several attempts to contact and resolve the matter have ultimately ended in a complete blanking from customer services.
