1st item arrived not matching the photo used online. Since complaining, they have now told me via email, they use a stock photo and not of the actual item you are purchasing. What I orderd and what I recieved are two different items. They want me to send it back at my own cost when it is them who has missold the item? Its is fulse advirtising! Why should I be out of pocket when you cannot list items correctly? 2nd Item condition did not match description. Claimed to be very good, but full of writing. I have since been told I will get a refund for this one, but not the one they listed incorrectly?
