If I could give zero stars I would. 'Jim' who has the title "Customer Service Hero" gave me zero help, so did 'James Q' when I asked to speak to a manger to resolve this issue. They sent me a book I didn't want and refused to give me the book I ordered. It's a real shame they have terrible customer service because they offer competitive prices. What's the point in a good price when they don't send you the book you've ordered. It's pathetic for a business to work like this. It's a fast way to close down. I won't use World of Books, directly or on Ebay. I can't recommend a company that doesn't get the basics right. Spend your money else where. You deserve better.
