World of Wolf dispatched the fruit picker quickly on the Monday and it should have been delivered on Wednesday. Unfortunately APC made a total fiasco of the delivery. It was promised on Wednesday, but didn't appear. Same again on Thursday. They promised to deliver before 12.00 on Friday - and I got an email at 13.39 saying they had tried to deliver but I wasn't in - as I was on the phone to them! They delivered it to the wrong house, despite my having given the office precise and specific directions to the house, including our what3words location. It finally was delivered on Saturday morning. I wrote a strong letter of complaint, and asked for compensation as I had had to wait around and wasted 3 days and had to abandon plans for a fishing trip. I was also told I had to complain via world of Wolf. I informed Lee who was concerned and apologetic. He promised to contact APC and get back to me. He didn't get back to me and I don't know the results of him contacting the local APC depot. I will never willingly use APC again. The fruit picker worked great!
