Item was dispatched relatively quickly considering holiday period. Delivery was a joke. APC said they tried to deliver on 5 occasions and never did, even posting a photo of a bus stop as an attempt to deliver. World of felco may need to look into changing couriers. Finally took delivery on 6th attempt.
