I had high expectations for the World of Clog makers as I; can not do heels or flats, I can not wear narrow fashion shoes as either my left big toe or small toe suffers. I work in a job that requires long hours on my feet. After much research and confusing advice on sizing, I went with my usual size. Thankfully my right foot is a perfect fit however my left big toe will have to do some breaking-in as will the band over the foot. My only complaint would be the cut and stitching (not a snug cut nor neat all round) of the leather was not 100% but I will not be making a return. The delivery service was quick - 2 days
