First time I used this on my bikini line, worked brilliantly! As it says on the bottle safe to use on undercarriage and bum too. So the second time of using this is what I did, left it on for 2 minutes like instructed, it burnt my skin on my ‘undercarriage’ and left me in agony, sitting in a ice cold bath to try and sooth the burning. It hard literally burnt my skin, completely red raw not just a tingly burning sensation it actually burnt my skin!! If photos would be appropriate I would post!! Not to mention it didn’t even remove any hair!! I’m so disappointed, say well clear of using on the intimate areas that it’s suppose to be designed for, it is definitely not! Safe to use on the bikini line and that as far I would go with it
