To be honest I was a bit disappointed that my order took longer to arrive as I had bought a present for a friend's birthday, so it mattered that it arrived on time for that. There was no tracking on the order either, which I felt was a bit unusual. I contacted the company whereupon I was informed my package could take three to five days to arrive. I was not happy and voiced my disappointment. Then Woods offered to do the order again and ship overnight, as well as reimburse my original shipping costs. I was so pleased to find a company that cared so much about this sort of thing. That they were willing to go to such lengths to accommodate me showed integrity - a rare commodity these days. I did not take up the offer as I believed the order would arrive on Saturday - it was Easter - it did arrive, and I was delighted. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
