The customer service provided by Mark and Kerry has been exceptional. They were friendly and knowledgeable. When I first enquired about the LVT that I was interested in their response was very prompt. Communication is clearly not an issue with this company! I was updated right up to the morning of delivery and after to check everything was satisfactory. Unfortunately I had 3 packs that were damaged. After contacting Mark, I had 3 pack replaced. Overall 5 stars plus from myself and I would thoroughly recommend Wood Flooring Supplies to anyone.
