I have used this company many times as I have a number of Vehicles. I have just received a new set and fitted them as usual. Once fitted it became apparent that the driver side one has a fault and about a quarter of the screen was not being cleared. I emailed to tell them and could they send a replacement and if required I would sent the faulty one back. the answer I got was to send a picture of the fault. How do you do that!!! The blade looks fine so pointless taking a photo of it. Do you want me to cover the screen in Mud and then take a picture. I will not be dealing with you in the future.
