Received no sales confirmation / invoice. Took multiple calls to get through to the team. Confirmed correct email address and was told would be sent a confirmation. Had to ring back two more times to get one.
Delivery didn't arrive within advised 2-3 days - had to ring three times to find out when would be delivered despite being promised someone would call me back each time I rang. Haven't received product yet so can't comment on that side.
