Ordered safe on 21st, arrived 23rd. That's pretty good when you live in north Scotland and habitually add an extra day to quoted delivery times! I'm possibly being a bit mean only giving four stars - if I could I would give four and a half, but there were a couple of minor snags. First, I never got a despatch email, so started getting irritated when nothing seemed to be happening. (OK, says more about me than Winterfield!). Fifteen minutes after I sent a "Where's my package?" it turned up. Couriers responsibility, but affected the experience. Second the expansion bolts supplied were not really suitable, as another reviewer has noted. That reviewer also mentioned a fitting guide. I didn't get one of those, but fitting is pretty obvious anyway. I had guidance on positioning from the FEO. The safe itself is just as described, and a very good price. Recommend Winterfield despite the gripes!
