I wanted the Harris Tweed coat (brown) and couldn’t locate my size. I did order one but size 12 which was too big and size 8 was too small. I really wanted this coat as the quality is beautiful and I liked the colour and style, simple, classic yet modern. I ordered both from John Lewis. I kept searching for a size 10. After keep checking I decided to contact Winser direct and spoke to Emma. She was excellent and i told her how much I liked and wanted this coat. She kept in touch which surprised me as most companies would not go to this trouble. Then she contacted me to say she had located A size 10 in (I think it was in Head Office London) and could send it to me to try. She did this and I was so pleased as it is perfect. The customer service is second to none and the quality of their clothing is excellent, thank you Winser especially Emma.
