Their web page listed a wingmirror as being in-stock with a 3-5 days to have it pained in a colour of our choice. Sounded fine so we ordered it expecting to receive it in roughly a week. Two weeks went by so we phoned, and were told it was was not in-stock, they had not ordered anything so we confirmed we wanted a refund. Two days later there was no sign of a refund. We rang again and were told refunds take roughly a week. We couldn't understand this either. We waited and chased a week later. Finally an email was sent to confirm the cancellation of the order. Exactly one week after that the money was returned. Our time was completely wasted whilst they sat on the payment, seemingly to gain interest.
