Ordered a wing mirror for a Citreon which showed as in stock. Two weeks later and nothing had arrived so contacted them to ask what was going on. Told it was out of stock and might be coming in the following week. As they couldnt give any firm idea of delivery date I asked to cancel the order and have my money refunded. They stated that this could only be done by submitting an online form/ request which would result in a service fee being levied which I refused to pay given they couldnt supply the goods. The company now won't refund my money unless I agree to pay their service charge. Currently trying to recover my money via my credit card company.
