Like so many here I order a mirror showing as available but was then informed it wasn't now in stock and would not b for at least two months as needed to be ordered from abroad. Therefore I might want to cancel. I went through your 'cancellation process' dealing with your very rude telephone service. Nearly two weeks later an email confirmed cancelation and told me would be 28 days before my money is returned. So you get use of my money for over a month. I will investigate and report to my Visa Credit Card Provider noting how many people have had the same experience. No, I will not go away and let you keep my money I will check every day until it is returned.
