The Bonus Drop promotion is now a FRAUD. As of today, that is 50 consecutive drops into an "X", the odds against that happening are 1,522,535/1. In addition, two family members and a friend who use Wm Hills are experiencing the exact same thing which makes the combined odds against over 6 million to one. But, according to the customer services team, this is all down to chance and nothing more. They hide behind copy & paste answers and the "supervisors" are the worst. I know this is free to play but Hills use this as an inducement to attract customers to their site and spend with them. It should at the very least be fair. The Bonus Drop "promotion" is fixed, rigged, a cheat, a sham, a con and a pure and utter FRAUD.
