Appalling customer service.
To get your account verified they literally need your DNA! No matter what I sent, it wasn't enough. The people on live chat are rude, their replies are barely comprehensible and not once did they apologise for the hassle and the 2.5 hours I was in the chat (mainly waiting for replies).
I got to the point where I genuinely thought I was on a fake site and being scammed.
