Absolutely appalling customer service! Superviser Kerris Kept me waiting an hour on chat then couldn't be bothered and let me down on grand national day and basically didn't have a clue ! Instead of dealing with a small problem he passed it on to management, Big day has passed too late ! Went elsewhere,Closed my account with William Hill will never use them again.
