Got banned from playing free games obviously because I've never deposited any of my own money but have won £300+ on free games. Went to 'contact us' several times - the 1st 3 times I was told a supervisor would deal with explaining to me why and the supervisor just never appeared on the chat. Since then the agents are now closing the conversation. I simply want them to admit its because saying 'the bookie always wins' definitely does not apply in my case as I have been bearing the bookie. This is shocking as I've won fair and square! How they have dealt with me asking for a legitimate explanation is disgusting. I have screenshots of it all. Avoid William hill !!!!!!
