Avoid this company like many other reviewers say.
I brought an item which has defect and should be covered under a 10 year warranty. They are not interested and have used many different excuses to get out of honouring the warranty, all of which are nonsense. The warranty they describe is a lie!
The staff are unhelpful and lack knowledge.
