I became aware of the wild beer Co through their fantastic Ninkasi beer, which remains a go to beer when I want to celebrate. I then started trying their beyond modus, which is quite remarkable, and have not regretted joining the secret cellar club and ordering their tasting selections and just stocking up on favourites.
Wild beer have taken barrel ageing and blending to the next level, and it's a pleasure to share the journey.
