Bought a shower base, doors and wetboard, wetboard arrived damaged at all corners, luckily we had the headroom to cut the damaged parts off, two components missing from the door assemblies, contacted customer services who were very helpful and apologetic, replacement parts were sent and arrived damaged, again contacted customer services who were again apologetic and arranged replacement part. The quality of the bathroom products are excellent, customer serviced and after sales were also excellent, no problem with them at all, they did there best to help. Wholesale Domestic definitely need to review their delivery contractor, it appears that their employees do not take enough care of packages for delivery, this is hurting the reputation of a great supplier.
