The process of ordering was fairly straight forward and the tickets were delivered within the time frame stated. The date printed on the tickets was on the small side and could do with being more prominent. The request for the format on the stub was followed, thank you. Unfortunately I was out for the delivery so the driver recorded that he had delivered it to ‘ wench at 11’ (next door) with a photo of the front of that house. A different neighbour noticed the box on my doorstep and took it in. This wasn’t a problem for me but wanted you to be aware in case of problems for other customers.
