I ordered 2 canvases and 20 cards. I expected the cards to come separately as the website said there was a delay on the canvases. They didnt, in fact they didn't come at all. When I received the canvases I called to ask where the cards were. I was asked to send a photo of the pick list. I did, then I was asked for a photo of the canvases, weird, I had said I received them. Then I got a message saying some of the cards I'd ordered (over a week earlier) were now out of stock. Very disappointed with the whole experience and was made to feel like I was lying, which is odd as the canvases cost over £160 and I said I had those, it was £20 worth of cards I was missing. Unlikely that I'll shop online with them again.
