Very Disappointed as this was the first order I had done with Whistlefish . Had the one card I really wanted for 12th Nov. missing from the order along with baubles that I had ordered and paid for and this was excepted by whistle fish on 30th Oct in plenty of time to receive the order. for 12th Nov Parcel arrived on 5th Nov rang customer service first thing on 7th Nov to inform them and was told the card would be sent out to me. this was followed by 2 more phone calls because the card still has not arrived and was told the card had not been posted out till late last week and this is i feel totally unacceptable for
a paid in advance order.
missing card and today is 17th Nov the postal worker has been and still no card. Emailed customer service and had reply. Was
