Superb customer service from Steve and Nicky. Ordered three Tamiya kits from the website of which I knew there might be a delay. Two items came into stock fairly quickly and the third took months purely as Tamiya hadn’t got any kits in the UK. I was offered various options in relation to return of monies or another kit or to wait. I decided to wait any questions I had where replied to via email the same day, with any update on time scales. The kit finally arrived in the UK and within days all three items were delivered and very well packed. Excellent service which deserves recognition, hope to be back for some more kits when I’ve built these three.
