Very helpful staff when I placed my order. Delivered within the timescale and a very competitive price. Only negative was when trying to arrange equipment pick up I couldn't book a time slot and had no safe place or neighbour to leave it with. Not always possible to stay in all day when you are juggling hospital appointments, this has prevented me from rating very good.
